EASY Line Syphilis Ab Test is a chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to TP (Treponema pallidum) in human serum. Two Purified recombinant antigens of TP are used in test band as capture materials and gold conjugates. If the antibody of Anti-TP is present in the sample in concentration above the labeled, complex will be formed. This complex is then captured by antigens immobilized in the Test Zone of the membrane, producing a visible pink-rose colour band on the membrane. The colour intensity will depend on the concentration of the anti-TP present in the sample. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 15 minutes. Test results are read visually without any instrument. For “in vitro” diagnostic use only.
The kit contains reagents for 30 tests in cassette (code 15300-1).

Sensitivity: To use L1, L2, L3, L4 standard product for inspection, observe the result within fifteen minutes, L1, L2, L3 test line will turn red show positive results, with negative reactivity of L4.
Negative Reference: 20 negative reference samples were negative for production test products.
Positive Reference: 10 positive reference samples were positive for production test products.
Reproducibility: Test 10 times, the results are the same.
Interference: Positive samples of HAV-IgM, Rf, HCV, TP, HBsAg and HEV were tested with HIV Test Kit. No interference was observed in all the samples. The results demonstrate that HIV Test has no significant cross-reaction in the serum.
