Reagent kit is intended for detection of hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA in clinical samples of blood plasma and serum by real-time PCR. Form 1 contains reagents for DNA extraction and reagents for real-time PCR; Form 2 – reagents for real-time PCR only. Assay kits securely determine HBV DNA in concentration not less than 5 IU/ml.
