Reagent kit is intended for detection of hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA in clinical samples of blood plasma and serum by real-time RT-PCR. Form 1 contains reagents for RNA extraction and reagents for real-time RT-PCR; Form 2 – reagents for real-time RT-PCR only. Assay kits securely determine HCV RNA in concentration not less than 15 IU/ml.
