Reagent kit is intended for detection of hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA in clinical samples of blood plasma and serum by real-time RT-PCR. The kit contains reagents for real-time RT-PCR only. Assay kit securely determines HCV RNA in concentration not less than 15 IU/ml.
